  spotlessly clean, easy checkin/out, excellent communication and recommendations from the host. very very central, near the Jordaan which is a lovely district for bars/restaurants.

  place was good. however, it got very hot throughout the night and the blinds weren't block out and let in a lot of light. the bathroom was clean and nice... read more but it had a noticeable smell, it didn't affect the room after the fan was run for 5 minutes. the stairs may be a little tricky for people with heavy luggage.

Un peu difficile d’accès si vous avez de gros bagages car les escaliers sont très raides.
Je le recommande si vous venez passer quelques jours à Amsterdam!

There are... read more three very steep flights of stairs to get up to the room, but it wasn’t too much of a problem even with my big suitcase. The host even allowed us to store our luggage pre check-in and post check-out, and he was super responsive and helpful!

On the plus, the location is great, it had a nice view and they had tea/coffee and a mini fridge. The host was very responsive.
The stairs (inside and outside) were so steep I worried about getting injured carrying up/down the bags.
For what we got we paid way too much. Unfortunately I booked late and there were not many places left.
