ma questo è assolutamente comune ad Amsterdam
(a meno che non si vada in hotel di ultima generazione).

Was a little warm in the room as we had a beautiful morning sun, but we got a fan so it got better 😊

We had check-in at 1 am and check-out at 3 am, so the code doors are very handy. Comparing to the hotel rooms with similar location and price — this offer is much better ;)!

  This place was a great location! My boyfriend and I booked a very last minute trip and this happened to be a place that was open. The room was on... read more the top floor and there was no A.C. so it was very hot during the day. However, there was a fan and we noticed that if we turned the fan facing outside it helped to cool the room down (especially at night). Good news was that we wanted to be outside, so it didn’t affect us that much. The location was GREAT. We did not rent a car and felt it wasn’t necessary to have a car. Overall, we had a great experience and I’d hope to book with Julien again.

  This Airbnb’s location was centrally located to everything with a ton of shops and restaurants nearby. Like other people have said there’s three flights of narrow and steep stairs so... read more if you have any disability or checked luggage this could be an issue. I reached out to the host to ask for wash cloths and he told me they are not included as apart of the amenities as well as central air. It becomes very hot due to the unit being on the third floor. I would say this place is probably okay for only one person.

  We were a bit taken back when entering the apartment building as we then realized the entire rest of the building was under construction. The stairs are narrow(as they are... read more in any typical dutch building) but due the construction the hand rails were removed from the stairs leading to the 3rd floor(which is where the room is located). This made it difficult and dangerous when entering and exiting with our luggage. If this detail was provided within the listing details it would have help us be prepared for walking into such a site, and also would have possibly helped me in the decision making process of choosing a place to stay(because it would have been taken into consideration).

Other then that the room was very clean and just as described in the listing. The location is ideal and very close to the tram which gets you to central station and other parts of Amsterdam very easily and efficiently. The host was a great host and the process for check-in/out were very simple.

The room itself is a good size and has a private bathroom. The stairs really are traditional Dutch-style stairs, so make sure you can lift your suitcase. The host offered to help bring our suitcases up and down for us which was thoughtful. You won't regret staying here!
