  Over all, great location and small but good room. Feels like a hotel-room and communication and the “simpleness/easy” is spot on!
If there was some more hooks to hang... read more up your clothes and 10-20 cm bigger bed it would get top score on everything for me.
Was a little warm in the room as we had a beautiful morning sun, but we got a fan so it got better 😊
Would definitely come back!

  Very nice place in a great location, everything you wish to do downtown is within walking distance. Also Julien was very accommodating and quick to respond when I needed anything.

  Had a lovely & comfy stay at this location. While the space was a small studio/room with no kitchen or anything fancy- it was cozy! I loved how one wall... read more was all windows- making the space bright, fresh, & appear bigger. It was a full moon during my stay & the big windows made for a cool experience.   This place was a great location! My boyfriend and I booked a very last minute trip and this happened to be a place that was open. The room was on... read more the top floor and there was no A.C. so it was very hot during the day. However, there was a fan and we noticed that if we turned the fan facing outside it helped to cool the room down (especially at night). Good news was that we wanted to be outside, so it didn’t affect us that much. The location was GREAT. We did not rent a car and felt it wasn’t necessary to have a car. Overall, we had a great experience and I’d hope to book with Julien again.

ma questo è assolutamente comune ad Amsterdam
(a meno che non si vada in hotel di ultima generazione).

  place was good. however, it got very hot throughout the night and the blinds weren't block out and let in a lot of light. the bathroom was clean and nice... read more but it had a noticeable smell, it didn't affect the room after the fan was run for 5 minutes. the stairs may be a little tricky for people with heavy luggage.

  We had a great stay here! The room is in an awesome location not too far from central Amsterdam. We enjoyed the peacefulness and beauty of the neighborhood. There are... read more three very steep flights of stairs to get up to the room, but it wasn’t too much of a problem even with my big suitcase. The host even allowed us to store our luggage pre check-in and post check-out, and he was super responsive and helpful!
