Like other people have said there’s three flights of narrow and steep stairs so... read more if you have any disability or checked luggage this could be an issue. I reached out to the host to ask for wash cloths and he told me they are not included as apart of the amenities as well as central air. It becomes very hot due to the unit being on the third floor. I would say this place is probably okay for only one person.

Was a little warm in the room as we had a beautiful morning sun, but we got a fan so it got better 😊

Come scritto in altre recensioni, le scale di accesso sono ripide…
ma questo è assolutamente comune ad Amsterdam
(a meno che non si vada in hotel di ultima generazione).

  Very nice place in a great location, everything you wish to do downtown is within walking distance. Also Julien was very accommodating and quick to respond when I needed anything.

  This place was a great location! My boyfriend and I booked a very last minute trip and this happened to be a place that was open. The room was on... read more the top floor and there was no A.C. so it was very hot during the day. However, there was a fan and we noticed that if we turned the fan facing outside it helped to cool the room down (especially at night). Good news was that we wanted to be outside, so it didn’t affect us that much. The location was GREAT. We did not rent a car and felt it wasn’t necessary to have a car. Overall, we had a great experience and I’d hope to book with Julien again.
